MijnZWO is the stakeholder and client portal within the ZWO dike reinforcement project. It brings the dossier around a stakeholder together and connects the conversation with the wishes and requirements that need a place in the design process.

The question

Residents, businesses, authorities and the asset owner each bring different interests. A project team needs to retain the source and context of those interests when translating them into explicit project requirements.

The application

  • Stakeholder dossiers as a shared source for the project team
  • A structured place for the context behind wishes and requirements
  • Connection between stakeholder information and the requirements process in Relatics

From question to use

  1. 01

    Build the dossier

Bring relevant stakeholder information and interests together.

  2. 02

    Clarify the request

Translate what was discussed into clear wishes and requirements, with their source.

  3. 03

    Connect to the design process

Carry the information into the requirements process and retain the dossier as context.

Who uses it

Stakeholder managers and project teams working on dike reinforcement.

Why it matters

The stakeholder’s perspective stays connected to the engineering process. This helps the team explain where a requirement came from and why it matters.
